OUR COMMUNITY PROJECT IN BALI
THE FIRST KOSHER CO-LIVING & CO-WORKING SPACE WITH A SPIRIT
FOR JEWISH DIGITAL NOMADS

Focus on Havaya
Imagine a place where Jewish entrepreneurs, digital nomads, creatives, and young professionals from around the world come together to foster innovation, create lifelong connections, and experience the magic of celebrating together Shabat, holidays and an enriching Jewish life.

Havaya will be more than just a living and working space; it is a community, a hub of creativity, collaboration as well as a sanctuary to nurture both personal and professional growth. It will bring together Jewish individuals who are looking for a profound spiritual and cultural experience and a strong Jewish family vibe.

Now, imagine a network of those places around the world, where members could travel from place to place and always find a home to stay, work and meet their community wherever they go.
We are choosing to create the first prototype of this network here in Bali.
It would be the model to inspire more investors to expand the network.
Why Havaya?

> With the strong augmentation of the digital nomads trend, more and more countries are creating digital nomads visas and normalize longer term stay with working permit.

> The strong increase of rentals all over the world after covid even in emerging countries offer a different perspective on co-living opportunities.

> Remote work can lead to loneliness and isolation as it potentially diminish social interaction even for people who remain in their home countries. They are looking for a place to have deep connections and feel a sense of community. This is even more relevant when they are expatriating themselves as most digital nomads seek lower life cost, as well as a sense of freedom, renewal and expansion.

> Independently from the digital trend, the life cost and the need to belong to a community, we can observe a desire for like minded people to come together in order to create and experience a different type of society. Havaya would offer that opportunity where members will be able to actively participate to create collective projects and work together on a self sustainable model of living.

We recognize the need for an affordable but quality place where young professionals can gather, build a supportive network and thrive in an inspiring environment. While the idea of co-living and coworking spaces is growing, there is a distinct lack of such spaces that cater specifically to the Jewish community.

Why Bali?

Bali, with its natural beauty, spiritual energy, and openness, is the ideal location to create this heaven for Jewish professionals and entrepreneurs. The island offers an unparalleled setting for self-discovery, cultural exchange, community and personal growth. Young professionals are attracted to this place and are constantly coming to explore the possibility to stay and work remotely while enjoying a friendly environment, low life cost, and beautiful nature.
Even in Bali, rentals have tripled, but it's still make sense to build here as building costs are still affordable compared to what rentals have become and compared to many countries in the world. Beside, the cost of life and help is still below average. So starting here makes perfect sense.
Bali is a touristic place, Havaya could be a hub that could be open to tourists and retreats to ensure full occupancy and increase revenues.
